To access certain features of PriceDrips, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PriceDrips is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
As a seller, you must ensure that all product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for setting the initial price, price decrease amount, and minimum price limit for each product. Sellers must connect their Stripe accounts to PriceDrips for payment processing and are responsible for managing their payouts through Stripe.
Buyers can purchase products at the current price at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable fees or taxes. All orders are final, and buyers should review product details carefully before making a purchase.
PriceDrips features a dynamic pricing model where product prices decrease over time until they reach a minimum price. Buyers are responsible for monitoring price changes and deciding when to make a purchase. PriceDrips does not guarantee that any product will reach its minimum price.
All payments on PriceDrips are processed through Stripe. Sellers must comply with Stripe’s terms of service in addition to PriceDrips’s terms. PriceDrips is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, including payment disputes, chargebacks, or delays in payouts.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the individual seller’s policy. Buyers are encouraged to review a seller’s refund policy before making a purchase. PriceDrips does not process refunds or cancellations directly; these must be handled between the buyer and seller through Stripe.
PriceDrips maintains a history of price changes for each product. Buyers and sellers can access this information to view past pricing trends. This feature is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee future price behavior.
Users are prohibited from using PriceDrips for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of illegal or counterfeit goods, fraudulent activities, or attempts to manipulate the pricing system. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
All content on PriceDrips, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of PriceDrips or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from PriceDrips without prior written permission.
PriceDrips is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. PriceDrips is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
PriceDrips reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PriceDrips will be resolved in the courts of Italy.
